Lecture on Spanish Serrano Ham , organized by the Serrano Ham Consortium in Australia and in collaboration with the Instituto Cervantes de Sídney. Australian chef Samantha Gowing, mentor and author of the healthy cooking blog https://www.foodhealthwealth.com/ will participate in this event talking about the Serrano Ham Consortium in Australia. The expert ham slicer and Spanish chef, David León, will talk about the quality and varieties of Spanish ham, its qualities and the different ways of eating it with tasty recipes. Accompanying the explanations, will make a demonstration of how to properly slice the ham, then taste it with Spanish wine. This activity aims to bring the consumer a traditional product of high quality Spanish culinary culture.
