Women's History Month

In the United States Women's History Month had its origins as a national celebration in 1981 with the proclamation of "Women's History Week". Since 1995 "Women's History Month". Conmemorating and encouraging the study, observance and celebration of the vital role of women in American History.

On the occasion of this celebration, we present a selection of books from the library written by women and highlighting their fascinating History. The material will be exhibited in the library and in the display cases in the lobby, and users will be able to borrow the books.
