A dysfunctional middle class family avoids their issues. Miquel wants to pay their immigrant teen maid Ana for sex, his wife Alice has an affair with their teen son's manipulative schoolmate and Miquel's parents deal with Alzheimer's. Agustí Vila explores the misery and discomfort of characters in this film, allowing us to take a closer look at our contemporary subjectivity.
