Eduardo Aguirre, former United States Ambassador to Spain and the first director of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (a branch of the Department of Homeland Security) will join us in conversation with Antonio garrigues Walker, Spanish lawyer and expert in USA international relations. They will discuss the growth of the Latin American popularion in the USA throughout the years, the evolution of legislature and policy, the development of the Dreamers Act as well as the uncertain future in question. The Hispanic migratio to the United States has surprised the country in the last decades for its striong growth and because of the already existing middle class gaining momentum and influence in society and country of immigrants.
