IT: What’s at Stake?

New technologies have revolutionized our way of communication and have contributed positively to the development of globalization. However, far from generating equality, they have often provoked new fractures. The four authors invited to this panel will reflect, from an intergenerational point of view, how we are affecting the impact of this process and to what extent these new forms of data, producing or interacting socially have changed our lives. Have new technologies helped to achieve greater equality, or are they creating new divisions? And how do new generations navigate the impact of the IT revolution and globalization?
