Journalist Almudena Ariza, businesswoman Ana Bujaldón, ex-vicepresident of Costa Rica, Rebeca Grynspan and lawyer Almudena Bernabéu Costa, share their experiences about harrasment in the workplace as an obstacle to women's professional development. Members of the Spanish Federation of women directors, executives and professionals (FEDEPE) advocate for a work and institutional environment that propels female leadership. As change makers, they highlight the importance of creating networks of collaboration and empowerment.
