This seminar will cover:

-Winemaking basics and wine types: red, rose, white, sparkling, fortified, dessert.-Main grape varieties and wine regions.-Most common wine terms like varietal, appellation, aging, reserva, estate bottled, single vineyard, barrel fermented, etc.-Wine etiquette: how to read a label, navigate a wine list, order a wine, open a bottle, how to serve wine.-How to taste wine.-Wine and food pairing.-14 different bottles of wine will be tasted.
