If there were two people on the planet you'd want to be with to celebrate a unique culinary obsession, it's these two: Anthony Bourdain and star chef José Andrés. That's who Roads & Kingdoms, the award-winning food and travel media company, and Instituto Cervantes are bringing together for one extraordinary night at Amsterd Yard. Our Paella Pro-Am will match groups of guests with a professional chef and together each team will create its own paella to present to judges for a lighthearted competition. While the paella simmers, an intimate discussion about Spain and its food culture will take place with Anthony Bourdain, José Andrés, and R&K co-founder Matt Goulding.
