Julieta Eugenio is a jazz saxophonist, composer, and bandleader from Argentina, based in New York City. Named one of DownBeat Magazine’s “25 for the Future” and featured in Grammy Magazine’s 10 Emerging Jazz Artists to Watch, Julieta is making waves on the international jazz scene. Her trio recently won the prestigious DCJazzPrix International Competition, and her latest album, "STAY", featuring Jonathan Barber on drums and Matt Dwonszyk on bass, has received outstanding reviews from some of the most respected jazz publications. Having performed at renowned venues and festivals such as the Kennedy Center, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Dizzy’s Club, and more, Julieta brings her soulful sound and fresh compositions to the stage.

International Recorded artist, composer, educator and bandleader Jonathan Barber was voted the #1 Up-and-Coming Drummer of 2018 in Modern Drummer. Barber has already recorded and toured worldwide with such artists as Pat Metheny, Terence Blanchard, Christain McBride, Erykah Badu, Nicholas Payton, Buster Williams, Jimmy Greene, Jeremy Pelt, Wallace Roney, Terrace Martin, Gretchen Parlato, Jennifer Holiday, Steve Davis, J.D. Allen, Walter Smith III, The Brooklyn Philharmonic and many more. In addition to his first-call status as a sideman, Barber has stepped forth as a composer and leader with his band Jonathan Barber & Vision Ahead. Even with Barber’s history of high-profile gigs and recordings taken into consideration, DownBeat magazine gave his latest album “Legacy Holder” 4.5 stars. Jonathan Barber & Vision Ahead is a powerful declaration of intent for a band that’s been making waves on the modern jazz scene. Being an independent artist Jonathan Barber has released 5 albums with Vision Ahead: Vision Ahead (2018), Legacy Holder (2020), Live at Jazz Standard (which is exclusively on Bandcamp, 2020), Poetic (2022) and In Motion (2024).

Matt Dwonszyk is a Connecticut-born, New York-based, bassist, composer, arranger, bandleader and educator. Dwonszyk has shared the bandstand with trumpeter Eddie Henderson; saxophonist Bennie Wallace; trombonist Steve Davis; pianists George Cables, Harold Mabern, Larry Willis, and Joey Alexander; and vocalist Jazzmeia Horn, among many others. He can regularly be found with drummer Jonathan Barber’s Vision Ahead, trios by pianist Jon Davis and saxophonist Julieta Eugenio, and saxophonist Sarah Hanahan’s quartet. He also leads his namesake ensemble, the Dwonztet. The bassist has been described by trombonist Peter McEachern as “deep, sincere, hard-working, valuable to know and work with” drummer Ben Bilello as “always ready to embrace a challenge,” and bassist Nat Reeves as “very impressive,” praising his “great
playing.” Bassist Doug Weiss characterizes Dwonszyk as “an old soul,” noting, “his playing and musical conception transmit a deep feeling of swing and joy.” Born in Hartford, Connecticut,
