Juan Goytisolo: Tribute

Juan Goytisolo’s fiction and non-fiction have sparked his reader's literary imagination for over 60 years.    In a delicate balancing act, he combines biting satire, humor, poetry, and autobiography with complex narrative structures, leaps into the absurd and the depths of humanity through shifting landscapes of contemporary reality. This panel explores the many legacies that Juan Goytisolo (1931-2017)- the man, the writer, the transgressor of social codes, the recipient of the 2014 Cervantes Award -leaves nehind.
