Ícaro New York Film Festival

Under the current situation where healthy social distancing is required, Ícaro New York Film Festival offers its audience the opportunity to enjoy and celebrate the rich diversity of the stories coming from Central America from the comfort of their home. In partnership with Instituto Cervantes NY, Hispanet of Houston and Casa Comal of Guatemala, the 9th edition of ICARO NY opens its Virtual Cinema, September 28-30, 2020, to present feature and short films that were awarded at the most relevant film festival in Central America. Films that varied in genre, country and formats; documentaries, narrative and animation films from Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, El Salvador and Guatemala.
