The boy who wanted to fly recreates a not too distant past to think of stories whose distance makes the difficulties of its characters more evident. The direction by Jorge Muriel, who also plays the least pleasant character in this story, reveals a tenacious will to combine the vital, almost spiritual world of the boy who gives the short film its title with the difficult reality that he must face.
