Me

Me Begoña Arostegui

Based on a story by Arthur Schnitzler, this short film shows us how Begoña Arostegui faces the perplexity that seizes us when we realize how we encrypt the world through language. This recent work in animation by this multifaceted artist, preceded by The Right Place (2015), imposes the rigor of a drawing where the visual references are always enriched by a clear line and a sober color, but enormously effective for the impact her stories always make.

Synopsis: For our protagonist, every day looks a bit alike. Or rather, they are too much alike: the same routines are repeated over and over again with excruciating monotony. However, something as simple as a sign that says "Park" is going to change everything.
