This year 2024, we celebrate the 23rd edition of our film festival, faithful to our commitment, from its onset, to quality cinema. Created in 2002 by Instituto Cervantes de Manila, the PELíCULA>PELIKULA Film Festival has grown, year after year, challenge after challenge, to become the most important showcase for Spanish-language cinema in Southeast Asia. In this 23rd edition, PELíCULA is once again venturing on face-to-face screenings in the Philippines. We love the Big Screen! That is our vision. We have never hesitated to adapt to changing circumstances in order to continue offering the best cinema in Spanish. What remains unchanged is our commitment to quality cinema.
