Escribo el Quijote (I'm Writing Don Quixote)

Instituto Cervantes de Manila is looking for 100 book-lover volunteers to take part in a “Quixotic” endeavor: to hand-write Cervantes’ novel. Each participant will have two minutes to copy by hand a few sentences of the novel --in Spanish, of course! The writing-chain will start at 10am and finish at 5pm.

The final hand-written book will be deposited in the Library Miguel Hernández of Instituto Cervantes.

Interested in being part of the writing of Don Quijote? Come to Instituto Cervantes’ Día del Libro at our Intramuros branch on April 23! The participants in the hand-writing chain will receive a free rose.

(Although prior registration is not mandatory, you can reserve your slot by filling out the attached Registration Form).
