Since its inception, PELÍCULA>PELIKULA has been dedicated to fostering collaborations between the cultures of the Philippines and the Spanish-speaking world, as well as serving as a showcase for emerging talents in Philippine cinema. Encuentros en el cine: En corto is a notable example of this mission.
