Yo soy una niña (I Am a Girl)

Yo soy una niña (I Am a Girl) Javier Acebes

The work that families do in the recognition and accompaniment of children who doubt about their sexual identity is one of the awareness-raising tasks that brings to the table the story of a grandmother who fights hard for her granddaughter to become just that: a girl.

Synopsis: Yo soy una niña aims to make visible the reality of transsexuality in childhood and to highlight the importance of grandparents. It is a dialogue of complicity, misunderstandings and conflicts that overcomes the unconditional love that respects, supports and assumes from the first moment the process of sexual identification of a ten year old girl.
