Out in the open
It is 1946 and a boy who has escaped from his Spanish village hears the shouts and threats of the men who are looking for him. His persecutors will not give up their search, and in order to escape from them, he must endure a difficult and desolate journey. In his desperate flight, he crosses paths with a shepherd, who offers him protection; from that moment, nothing will be the same for either of them.
