Let's talk about science

The University of Manchester has an extensive outreach programme, encouraging its scientists and engineers to step out into local communities and share the research they do. 

However have to be recognised that, for some people living in Manchester, the language they use every day is not English. To address this, the University has partnered with the Instituto Cervantes to provide a series of seminars in Spanish, led by bilingual researchers from various departments. 

A really good opportunity to find out about some of the work that is being done at the university and talk to the people involved.
