The poet vs the machine

The poet vs the machine Marcos de la Fuente

In this performance of poetry and new technologies, the poet Marcos de la Fuente recites on stage while Artificial Intelligence responds. The digital Twin, trained with Machine learning by the engineer Ismael Faro, responds through graphic representations generated in real time and projected on a large screen that, in addition to the visual spectacularity of the proposal, investigate the distance of the algorithm with the poet and travel new paths for oral poetry and artistic creation, in a pioneering exercise of live stage poetry with electronic music and interaction with an artificial intelligence. Marcos de la Fuente's poems, narrated over the electronic music of sound architect and producer Alec Ekvall, question this new era of Metaverses, NFTs, augmented realities and Artificial Intelligence, and its relationship with the world of art and literature, also bringing technological language to the poetic field. The poet wears a costume specially created by the artists of La Canalla Ethical Clothes. The performance is bilingual Spanish-English and lasts 30-40 minutes.
