Guitarrísimo: Santiago Lara — Flamenco Tribute to Pat Metheny

Fusing the compositions of contemporary jazz guitarist Pat Metheny with flamenco language, guitarist Santiago Lara blends bass, piano and drums to create a unique flamenco fusion which “begs comparison with the work of Paco de Lucía” (UK Vibe). With the participation of the star of dance, Mercedes Ruiz as guest artist.

This concert is part of the Guitarrisimo series, organised by Instituto Cervantes and ILAMS (Iberian and Latin American Music Society) and co-produced this time by London Flamenco Festival.
