Fernando Fernán-Gómez's directorial debut came with this film, which reworks several stories from different sources about the world of patients confined in psychiatric institutions. It is an odd debut in which the acting and the sophisticated play of a comedy along with a script with intelligent entanglements, as well as the traditional elements, make it viewing a joyous experience.Synopsis: Carlos goes to visit his girlfriend Juana at the psychiatric hospital where she works. Once there, the director introduces them to his niece, obsessed with continually playing the harp, and a male nurse who repeats what Carlos says word for word.
