His Excellency the Ambassador of Los Cocos

Lopitos (Cantiflas) is a humble citizen of Los Cocos Republic. However, through a sudden series of events with changes in governments, Lopitos himself ends up becoming the ambassador. The new dignitary will have to face a conflict between two big fractions: the "Green" and the "Red", led by Dolaronia and Pepeslavia, vying to attract all the yet undecided votes amongst the nations of the world, to convene soon in an international conference to decide who will govern the world.
