Dream and Silence

Once again, Jaime Rosales deals with grief, a theme he approached previously in films like, Las horas del día, La soledad and Tiro en la cabeza. His new creation is The dream and the silence, a drama filmed in Paris and at Delta del Ebro (Spain) in 2012.

The film is based in the story of Oriol and Yolanda. A couple who live happily with their two daughters in Paris. During a holiday at Delta del Ebro they have an accident that transforms their lives.

The film was screened in the Director’s Fortnight section at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival.
