La bajamar, by Aroa Moreno.

We are very excited about this project at the Dámaso Alonso Library: a club that allows you to discuss your favourite books in Spanish in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We meet once a month to talk about a book previously chosen by the club. 

The session in October —dedicated to the book La bajamar, by Aroa Moreno— will be very special because we will be honoured by the presence of the author, Aroa Moreno, who will chat with Irish Hispanist Tara Plunkett, as well as with the public. In addition, poet and director of Instituto Cervantes, Luis García Montero, will accompany us in this fascinating literary gathering. Together, we will discover the themes and ins and outs that emerge from this evocative novel. 

We recommend a B2 level in Spanish.
