The Andalusian Trail To India

The Surabhi Ensemble returns to the Chicago Flamenco Festival and City Winery with The Andalusian Trail, a special program that examines the roots of flamenco music and dance with songs from Andalusia and beyond. The performance will also feature a preview of traditional and original repertoire from the upcoming Surabhi Ensemble Tour to India in 2024. Syrian composer and cellist, Kinan Abou-afach joins the ensemble with material from Las Guitarras de España making for an exciting evening full of music and dance.
