Within the framework of the film forum session «Cine en femenino», the film Mujer de tierra ("Soil woman") by the Mexican director Evelyn Mercedes Muñoz Marroquin will be screened and, afterwards, a colloquium will take place with the film-maker Ana Latorre Cristobal. Synopsis: In the Nahua community in Hueyapan, Puebla, coexist the tales of a generation of women that have challenged the social norms. Throughout their embroideries, acts of rebellion, and self-love, they unite to transform themselves and change the course of their history.
