Alhambras. Neo-Arabic Architecture in Latin America

Alhambras. Neo-Arabic Architecture in Latin America Alhambras. Arquitectura neoárabe en Latinoamérica

This exhibition is the visual result of many years of research that culminated in a project financed by the Council of the Alhambra and the Generalife and the publication of a book by the same name by the publishers Almed.

The exhibition offers us an initial approach to the wealth of Latin American heritage that was inspired by the Alhambra Palace in Granada and other significant Andalusian heritage buildings, built for the main part in between the latter half of the 19th century to the first third of the 20th century.
