Living books: Hispanic ladies in Jordan

The Instituto Cervantes in Amman presents an audiovisual project that aims to document the enriching intercultural experience of some Spanish and Latin-American women who immigrated to Jordan over three decades ago.

The goal is also to combat the stereotypes of life in the Arab and Muslim worlds, particularly in Jordan.

The center's librarian, Nélida Sarduy Castellanos, will conduct the interviews in August and September. The video will be presented at a public event in November.
