Panel talk with Nicolás Pacheco at the virtual Cinema-Club of the Instituto Cervantes in Amman

In November we will have a very special session of the Virtual Cinema-Club of Spanish and Hispanic American movies that will count with the participation of Nicolás Pacheco, director of the film Jaulas (Cages). Colombian film critic, Juan Carlos Lemus Polania, will moderate the meeting, present and interview the guest.

Synopsis of the film Jaulas: In southern Spain, in a remote village that is still anchored in the past, Concha and her daughter Adela dream of a better life. Sick and tired of oppression and a cruel husband, Concha throws caution to the wind and flees to the city with her daughter. The escape will hurl them into an adventure in which they will try indefatigably to break free of the cages their lives have turned into.
