Spanish cooking atelier
This next month of May a menu with appetizer (asparagus scrambled), main course (seafood and chicken paella) and dessert (olive oil magdalenas); along with wine glasses. Ever since our Spanish cooking seminars started, chef Rosario Arellano has made little introductions to each dish, allowing them to actively participate in the creation process, motivating their interest for Spanish gastronomy and creating some sort of attachment for future events.
