Experiment 3: Exposed

A compendium of portraits made from intimacy and complicity. People who exposed themselves before the camera to reflect the love with which they are looked at. A masterpiece born from the conviction that we live in a world of extreme violence, of incomprehension, in which selfish creations abound and there are no looks that show a way of calmly observing life from gratitude and empathy. A collage in different textures of Super 8, a love letter that wants to project a healing look that dissolves individualisms and restores the capacity for human connection (Nela Fraga).

The screening of Exposed will be followed by a discussion with its director Nela Fraga.

Biography Nela Fraga Rivas

Before coming to cinema, she studied Philology (USC), Master in Cultural Studies, Theory of Literature and Comparative Literature (UB), Master in Cultural Management (USC) and worked in communication and cultural events, mainly cinematographic. Since 2017 she works at the festival (S8) Mostra Internacional de Cinema Periférico where she helps other creators to fulfill their dreams. In early 2024 he released his debut feature, Exposed, and Dedos do demo, ollos de cabalo.
